Dancer of Worlds – A Life in Motion, Devotion & Healing

The first five years of my life unfolded on the open sea — aboard a cruise ship, where my parents worked as photographers. Surrounded by travelers from every corner of the globe, I absorbed the energy of diversity, of stories told in many languages, and the quiet magic of ever-changing horizons. I believe this early exposure sowed the seeds of my lifelong love for travel, culture, and the great, spiritual questions of life.

I have been dancing since I was ten — and I never stopped.
I trained intensively for 11 years on a full scholarship at the State School of Dance in Athens, immersing myself in classical ballet, contemporary dance, music, rhythm, and anatomy. These formative years didn’t just shape my discipline — they carved a path of devotion to the human body and its sacred intelligence.

My search for deeper truths led me across the world — and within.
In Thailand, I discovered the ancient art of Thai massage, where I trained and later became a teacher. This practice connected me to the subtle body, to the healing power of touch, and to the ways we carry memory, trauma, and potential in our tissues.

In India, I studied Yoga, meditation, Indian aesthetics, and the classical Odissi dance under the guidance of Colleena Shakti — a teacher whose vision of dance as a devotional embodiment of the Divine transformed my understanding of sacred movement. Here, I truly understood that every gesture can be a prayer, every step a way home to self.

Today, I live between Greece and the U.K. — guided by the winds, waters, forests, and wild coastlines. Nature is my constant companion and greatest teacher. I believe that each element — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — lives within us, and by observing the natural world, we can reconnect to our emotional landscapes and cycles.

This belief forms the heart of my Intuitive Movement Awakening practice — a meditative, somatic movement journey that allows us to explore our inner world through breath, awareness, and gentle unfolding. I also guide others through Vinyasa Krama Yoga, breathwork, and healing meditations that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner clarity.

Alongside my movement practices, I hold qualifications as a:

  • Certified Thai Massage Therapist & Teacher
  • Nutrition and Weight Loss Management Specialist & Coach
  • Counselling Psychology Practitioner

These threads allow me to work holistically — combining physical therapies, embodied wisdom, and emotional support. My approach is deeply integrative: I see the human body as a reflection of the Universe, and healing as a rebalancing of the whole self — body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I am passionate about cooking highly nutritious and delicious meals, especially for dancers and women who want to feel strong and radiant without restrictive eating. Having lived through my own struggles with eating disorders as a young dancer, I now offer gentle, compassionate guidance around food and nourishment — to help others find joy and healing at the table again.

In my free time, I camp under the stars, collect wild herbs from the mountains of Greece, and create natural oils and skin remedies for healing and beauty. I believe that rituals, storytelling, and ancestral memory live in our bones — and can be reawakened through movement, presence, and care.

I love storytelling — whether it's through mythology, dance, or quiet conversation. I love to laugh, and I hold deep respect for the uniqueness of every soul. I'm always learning — from books, from nature, from people, and from the mystery of life itself.

If you feel called to work with me — whether through a retreat, a movement class, a healing session, or an online journey — know that this space is one of non-judgment, reverence, and deep listening. My mission is to support your unfolding, to witness your healing, and to remind you that you are already whole.

Come as you are.
Let us walk this path together — back to the wisdom of your body, the truth of your heart, and the beauty of your becoming.

Ancestral memory lives in our bones — and can be reawakened through movement, presence, and care.
